  Beef was "gooey" and wasn't fresh at all. Broccoli had a bitter taste, the chicken had an odd "twang" that made it taste not like chicken (Cat maybe??). The egg rolls have way too much ginger and hardly edible. Egg drop soup is ok (hard to mess that up), the owner is rude, I think he is burnt out and tired of the restaurant. We have better options in the area, save your money!

  I have been in Wylie for a little over a year now and I didn't even know this place existed. My fiance and I ordered by delivery online and they were very prompt. What compelled me to write this review is this Lo Mein Chicken I am eating, OMG! It is the very best Lo Mein I have EVER had, which I favor when it comes to Chinese food. In fact it's so good I'm almost afraid to try something different but I'm sure I will.
  Anyway I give Ming Moon 5 stars because it is absolutely over the top good. Great job y'all! You've earned a lifetime customer right here.
