  Aww I hate to leave a bad review for Chili's because as a franchise overall it's decent. However, the Wylie location just can't seem to cut the mustard! The bar area is open seating, but they won't clean the tables off for you to sit down. You can wait near a table that needs to be bussed and 2 or 3 wait staff will serve the next tables over, but never make eye contact with you. You can flag down a bartender or manager to ask if someone is sitting there and no one knows. You ask if they can clean the table off then and 10 minutes later you'll still be waiting.

  Disaster!! Do not go to this Chilis. They don't answer the phones. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone? You call and no one picks up and it hangs up on you. The managers are terrible. I've tried ordering here a bunch of times and they just can't figure out how to pick up a phone and make a sale. One time I went up there when this happened and they weren't busy at all. If I owned this location I'd be handing out pink slips for the thousands of dollars I didn't make because they can't manage it well enough to pick up a phone.

  My boyfriend and I had the most amazing experience this evening! If you can get him, KC was wonderful! He answered all the crazy questions I had, and gave GREAT recommendations!! So kind and attentive! (:
  Boyfriend: Best service I've ever had at Chili's. Our waiter was beyond kind, and checked on us every time he walked by! We were both highly satisfied, plus the food was amazing, and the drinks we ordered were great too. P.S my girlfriend looks beautiful today! (:
