- 5 / 5By evan gawlikCustomer service varies with each teenager that answers the phone.. Obviously... For the most part it is usually cordial.. Online ordering ROCKS with Marco's Pizza.. The only problem with this feature is that it only works 7 out of 10 times.. The other issue is that when I mention it to the CSR(teenager) that answers the phone, they always give a WHATEVER ATTITUDE... overall, food is amazing, delivery drivers and service at my door is always super awesome... 5 stars in my opinion..April 30, 2017
