  This is a small little café and is often busy, so don't expect to be in and out, especially not on weekends. But they are worth the time! The food is absolutely wonderful, and the portions are generous. Their menu is mostly Southern comfort food, so fried pork chops, corn bread, butter beans, and the like. If you have a big eater, they also have a double portion of chicken fried steak that fills a plate by itself. It's a little bit country, and a nice stop for any time of day.

  Consistently great food. Never had a problem. Breakfast on the weekends are packed but serviceable. All the comfort food I could possibly want under one roof. The burgers are great. The biscuits even better. My favorite is biscuits with gravy and broken up sausage. Nice food for that after church walk. They're within walking distance of multiple churches. Waitresses are amiable even during the rushes. Kudos to them.

  I'm typically satisfied as long as customer service meets my expectations. This place always exceeds at that's This is the only real brunch place in Wylie, and is typically extremely busy because of that, but nevertheless this well-groomed staff never ceases to amaze.

  It's nice to have a local spot that offers home style foods, but this place just misses the mark on the flavors. Breakfast, brunch, and dinners are all sold here with a nice southern charm, and the service holds that great southern hospitality feel. The menu has some promising options, but this place has always fallen short of expectations (for breakfast and dinner). The breakfast and brunch are what keeps this place in business, as it's a very popular spot for the after-church and Saturday morning outings, and fortunately the breakfast and brunch are better than the dinner. If you come for the dinner, just bring seasoning with you.... I don't believe that this place uses any spices or seasonings while preparing the food.
